Each villa features a separate bedroom, wheelchair friendly bathroom, living area with kitchenette, enclosed private rear garden with a small shed and clothesline, split system heating and cooling, and a washing machine.

Living Well at Bendigo offers an independent living environment where residents can enjoy a self-sufficient lifestyle with the support of a welcoming community. While we provide assistance in emergencies and act as a first point of contact, we are not responsible for managing residents' health or medical needs. Residents are encouraged to arrange their own healthcare services and support through local providers.
Personal alarms are not included. Residents can opt to purchase personal alarm systems for added security and peace of mind. We are happy to be the first point of contact for these services and can provide recommendations for reliable alarm systems.
Personal insurance for belongings is not provided. We recommend that residents consider obtaining contents insurance to protect their personal items and valuables.
While the village is conveniently located near public transport options, transportation costs are not included. Residents can explore local bus and train services or consider arranging carpooling with neighbors to reduce expenses.
