Our retirement village is suitable for individuals aged 55 and over, whether they are retired or still working.

The cost includes rent for your villa unit, hot water service, all meals (home-style cooked meals Monday to Friday, takeaway meals for weekends and public holidays), and access to communal facilities such as dining and function rooms, and landscaped grounds. 

Residents are responsible for their own power bills and any internet or phone services, which can be arranged at an extra cost. Personal insurance for belongings and personal alarm systems are also not included. 

Yes, friends and family are welcome to stay with you. For extended stays, please inform the Village Managers. 

While we provide assistance in emergencies and act as a first point of contact, residents are responsible for arranging their own healthcare services through local providers & my aged care home package services or NDIS. We do not provide nursing care, but we can offer guidance on accessing local healthcare services. 

Yes, pets under 10kg are welcome with prior consent. 

Absolutely. We offer personalized tours to help you explore the village and become familiar with the facilities. Contact us to arrange your visit. 

Our village features security gates and an on-site manager for added peace of mind. 

We offer modern and comfortable one-bedroom villa units that can be furnished or unfurnished according to your preference. Each unit includes essential amenities such as a kitchenette, private garden, and washing machine.

Living Well at Bendigo operates under the Residential Tenancies Act. There are no exit fees; however, when moving out, residents need to provide 28 days' notice in writing or via email. Residents are responsible for returning the unit to its original condition when moving out.
